Michael Nevin, British Ambassador to Iceland will visit UNAK and will give a talk related to Brexit. Britain exiting from the European Union (Brexit) with a referendum in June 2016 has caused a big discussion regarding the future of the EU and Britain and there is still a big uncertainty.
Michael Nevin was appointed British Ambassador to Iceland in September 2016, but worked before in Malawi from 2012-2016. He joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1993. Michael Nevin has also worked in Nairobi, Lilongwe, Osaka, New York, Riyadh and various departments of the Foreign Service.
