Trung Quang Dinh defends his doctoral dissertation
Trung Quang Dinh successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on June 14, 2018 and received the highest grade (summa cum laude) at Witten/Herdecke University. His dissertation focuses on corporate governance and family business and was entitled: Family Firms through Corporate Governance, Institutions, and Family Social Capital.
Trung graduated from University of Akureyri with a M.Sc. degree in international Business, first class with distinction, and received a recognition from Marel for his master’s thesis during the graduation ceremony in Akureyri. Subsequently Trung won a DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) grant to pursue his doctoral studies in Germany.
Recently Trung published an article related to his doctoral dissertation entitled: Asian Family Firms through Corporate Governance and Institutions: A Systematic Review of the Literature and Agenda for Future Research. The article was published in the International Journal of Management. The publisher was John Wiley & Sons.
