The North2North plan is operated by the University of the Circumpolar Region. Students at the institutes participating in the Circumpolar University programme can apply for taking parts of their studies for 3-12 months, at other schools participating in the programme.
Student grants have been offered and will continue, if financing of circumpolar collaboration will be secured in future.
