FSHA is the union of students at the University of Akureyri, whose students are all union members. The primary objective of the Union is to protect the interests of the students both within and outside it. The union simultaneously operates various committees and councils to strengthen union activities and it supports the cooperation of FSHA with student unions in other schools.
