Helgi Gestsson, lecturer, Ingi Rúnar Eðvarðsson, professor and Ólafur Jakobsson, lecturer, have published the primary conclusions of their research of the methods used in the management of Icelandic companies, such as quality management, knowledge management, policy formulation and general management including a study of the organisation of companies. The report is entitled Management Methods of Icelandic Companies. The research was conducted by the University of Akureyri Research Institute, but for implementation of the project the authors received three grants from the University of Akureyri Research Fund.
