- Exchange students: 1st of November for spring semester and 15th of May for autumn semester
- Degree seeking students (Polar Law): 15th of April (NON-EU/EEA RESIDENTS) and 5th June (EU/EEA RESIDENTS) for the following academic year

- Polar Law Application form (new students are admitted every other year. The application will next be activated in January 2013 for the intake 2013-2014)
