- Exchange students: 1st of November for spring semester and 15th of May for autumn semester
- Degree seeking students (Polar Law): 15th of April (NON-EU/EEA RESIDENTS) and 5th June (EU/EEA RESIDENTS) for the following academic year

All applicants can fill out the arrival form below. Please return the form to: The International Office, University of Akureyri, IS-600 Akureyri, Iceland or fax it to +354-460-8999 no later than two weeks before arrival.
